Licencing

If you are exporting content, you will need a licence.

If you are only consuming content (i.e. opening exports), then you do not need a licence or any software.

Licences are sold per computer. Please let us know the computer name(s) when you make an order so that we can generate a licence for that machine.

Maintenance & Support

The Maintenance and Support programme entitles you to free upgrades and technical support.

This is mandatory for all licences in the first year, and is extended automatically on an annual basis thereafter.

Of course you can cancel this obligation for subsequent years by giving us at least 4 weeks' notice before the start of the next programme year. More information can be found here.
